Can't record clips from Campaign movies

Can't record clips from Campaign movies

I go the theater, I can view the movie, take snapshots ect but can't perform the "record" action, whether the films are saved or not it still won't let me.

Anyone got any advice on how to enable the record function or is this normal?

Thanks for answering the previous post btw, locked before I could send me thanks. :D
