I noticed all the forge variants and .maps in WXPirs in the DLC(not legendary) and i knew what they were but the one thing that got me was the spa.bin. Can someone explain what this is and if it is anything special?

Yea I'm not certain what it does but its got the header XDBF(Xbox Data Base File mb mb??) and there seems to be alot of strings in the file. I'm thinking it could be some kind of patch.
