You sit there for awhile weighing up decisions...There can be big impacts like guilt for doing the wrong thing. Or the right thing but at the cost of a lot.

I'm pissed because I bought Call of Duty 4. I loved playing it with my friends and I liked it when I bought it (yesterday) but now its so fucking boring. I went to two stores, and the second one only had one limited edition left so I bought it and I don't think they'll let me return it for store credit. Damn, bad decision. I should've bought Assassins Creed or Mass Effect.

Fucking uninstallation. There was a program uninstalling in the background, and I'm typing a URL into Firefox. Right as I hit enter, the program IN THE BACKGROUND decides to bring a "Do you want to restart now?" Dialog into the foreground, and I lost a couple minutes of wonderful life doing homework and a couple races on NFS that were hard to beat, because I hadn't saved yet.
Fuck.
Yes, little things bother me a lot.

"Wow, I wasted 48 hours of my life on that?"
My rant:
My post made me remember that I've wasted more than 10 days, total, playing WoW.
(I don't play it anymore, it was awhile ago)

It was DivX and a bunch of other codecs that I uninstalled, because they all decided to bugger up.ScottyGEE wrote:I hate programs that force you to restart. No, because what the fuck else am I going to do? I have school four days a week and have been writing essays or studying for a test constantly for the past 5-6 months. I work out five days a week, run the other two. There's not too many movies that people around here like to see, and it's a pretty uneventful town, so most of my friends and I hardly ever hang out.Aumaan Anubis wrote:You ever think that you're gonna look back and think,

I do enough physical and mental activity, there's no problem with playing a game a little bit each day. I'm not wasting anything at all, I'm fucking enjoying my down time.

Woah man, calm down a little bit. I wasn't insulting or nothing, just seeing if I share the same thoughts with anyone else.GametagAeonFlux wrote:No, because what the *** else am I going to do? I play video games a lot, a little too much, in fact. I usually play to the extent that I wonder if my time would be better spent doing something more productive.
