Yeah, I know what you mean, I used to be the same way. Thought I was really happy, but that wasn't the case. Glad I broke out of my shell as of about a quarter to halfway through 10th grade (last year). Much happier now.

Oh wow.. heres bullshit on this site.

posting a picture in the pictures section.. then they lock it cuz it needs to be in the PHOTOGRAPHY thread. okay now WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?! ITS THE SAME THING!!!!!! I swear to god, halomods is getting dumber and dumber by the months. i joined here... in like 2004 i think. and it was great and entertaining.

also what pisses me off is that you cant make a mod unless its the greastest thing in the world. honestly, i LOVED those log mods, but now you cant get them because people piss and moan about how its "noobish". get gutted.

also if im just standing up for something or myself, and i get suspended. go look in the biggie thread in the graphics.

If everyone who posted photographs in the photography threads, were instead to make their own topic for said photograph, the Pictures forum would become completely overrun with such topics. And for what? A few 'nice' comments? It seems a good idea to me.

I'm somewhat disappointed with Team Fortress 2... It's almost nothing like the first one... and it's not as fun as the first one either. I really don't like the cartoonyness of the second one. I don't mean the graphics, but the overall atmosphere... It makes the game feel silly, as opposed to the first one which was serious and violent.
I still enjoy playing it.. but I really prefer the first one.

I never played the first one but TF2 was pretty fun when I played it, I just hated the people that whored pyro class the whole time. I like the things they do when you hit the X button. =P

Pyros are only good if you whore the fireaxe. I kid not, it's better than the flamethrower half the time. And it's hella fun to run around swinging that axe. (pyro's X (or g on comp) actions are like the best as well, demoman's are pretty cool too)

HOW DOES AN STI GO FROM 400 TO 1088 HORSEPOWER?
AND THEN HOW DOES IT LOSE TO A 400 HORSEPOWER GOLF GTI WHEN I HAVE EVERYTHING TUNED OPTIMALLY AND I SHIFT PERFECT AT ALL TIMES?

The autosave feature in Mass effect sucks so bad. I hate it. It just tells me how much I take savings ystems like Halo's for granted. I think the game is great, but the number of things that are annoying me is rising.

I like games like on the PC where you can quicksave whenever you want. Checkpoints in any game, like Halo seriously tick me off.

Somehow, people are able to lunge three times with the sword, in the time that it lets me lunge once

Plasma grenades are now, "I'm gonna pass right through the guy so that you die and don't get the kill...grenades"

I'm really, really hating the spawn points on Halo 3, especially ones on Narrows. Spawning with a bullet inside your head is not the most pleasent experience.

Halo 3 does have quite a few annoying little things about it... Especially melee.. I swear, I shoot a guy and bring down his shields then melee him... that should kill him, but he melees me back and kills me instead...
I hate it when that happens.

Stupid medic's in BF2/BF2142 that revive you for score. One of the biggest things about BF2 is that you have to wait so long to play again, and since you die relatively easily, being spawn killed, or more annoyingly a medic healing you in a battlefield with a bullet wizzing into my head as soon as I am revived.. 90% of the time my spawn counter was down to 1... then the medic revives me again, and I die again, then finally the medic dies and I have to wait the full 15 seconds or so again. Then I get spawn killed.. making my total play time only like half the time the map was actually in session.

Honestly, I think I wasted my money on this game. It's just not fun.

It can be fun sometimes, but I have a hard time getting in to it.. mainly because my computer has a hard time handling it sometimes. The gameplay is fun in a way, but I know exactly what you're saying.

It has potential for fun. But I think it's the combination of my computer being somewhat poor and the terrible lag BF2 seems to have (I get a 150+ ping for some reason, I have no idea why. I get half that in Team Fortress 2)
