you know i honestley have no idea. and i hate it when people do suff like that. When i was trying to use the Halo Hacking Tool, It had a readme me (sorta). But all it said was who made it and what new crap they put in it?

u can make them respawn by swapping the vehicle metas with a weapon (weapons respawn every so often) but the downside is that they will start piling up, and eventually the game will crash.
