Map Rebuild
If you import an elite actv tag with all it's references into a mp map, is it considered a rebuilt map?

That's completely false. PPF only works if they're the same size file. All a ppf does is record the offset, and change to be applied at the offset in the file. I can't figure things out when the files are different sizes.
