WHATS WRONG WITH MY XBOX?!?!!??!?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH HALO 2?!?!!? it keeps doing all this wierd stuff i really dont like, and keeps freezing, then it works, then freezes, and, ohohoh man! i really dont like this. i made myself the floodcombathuman, and so far the mod is good, but now, i thought i should refresh my singleplayer shared, so i did, and now my guy is just invisible, and it will freeze at wierd times, and sometimes the yelo trainer wont work and the normal game will, and then yelo will alla sudden work, OH ITS HORRIBLE
!!!!!!! i think its my single_player_shared.map, cause when i transfer, crazy stuff happens. i even brough halo 2 from the disk right over my xbox all over again, and it still got messed up! WHY O WHY?!?!!?

First, I'd like to let you know that the most likely reason you have yet to receive a reply is due to your poor spelling and grammer and overall butchering of the English language.

Second, you must understand that when you take a device (an Xbox in this case), modify it beyond what it was intended for, then you are going to have problems.

Third, there are MANY possibilities as to why this is not correctly working.
1. You have corrupted files, whether they are on your PC or your Halo 2 disc is scratched
2. Your Xbox is having some issues, and you need to clear your cache drives
3. (Most Likely) You are doing something wrong. By the looks of the way you type, you do not take your time to make sure that you do things the correct way. Do not take this as a statement of hostility, because I am not doing this in attempt to flame you, but rather to inform you that the problem may not be Halo 2 at all but instead the things you are doing to it.

The only solution that I have for you is to borrow a Halo 2 disk (friend, rental store, etc.) and make a copy of the data on it (no, this is not illegal, because you own Halo 2), that way you can be sure that it's not the maps on your disc that are not working correctly.

As for the freezing issue specifically, there are many reasons that it could be happening. It could very well be a hardware problem with the Xbox, but I would imagine that it's safe to say that everyone here has freezing issues once in a while.

Transfer the 'external' maps from your CD onto your HDD.
Delete your cache files (contents of the x, y and z folders).

As he said, clear the cache. That is, quite often, the cause of many problems when modding.

actually, i just got my backup cd of halo 2 and redid it, IT WORKED!!! thanks A LOT ive worked so hared on this mod

EDIT: ok, it just froze again as i went to 3rd person
