[Final]Bowling Scene[Vid]

Post by TomClancey »

This was made before my trial of 3ds max was up. So without further ado. I bring you "Bowling Scene Final".

"Note, My name was engraved on the balls and pins"

Image

Also srry for bad quality, it is much higher, but photobucket likes to deminish all video quality...but you should get the point anyway.

Original Render was 2880x1620, and that took about 5hours to render, but my comp got super jumpy because of the files emence res.

40 minutes modeling time.
20 minutes photoshoping.
4-5 hours researching exactly the proportions for everything.
30 minutes to rendered (the smaller one I hosted).
And done all with reactors.

Enjoy!

C&C welcome. Even though I wont be able to act on it =P.

I'm sorry, but I'll never understand why that took so long. Poor quality, ball went perfectly straight (which I guess is possible), and it was waaay too reflective. Not digging the rails either.

Why would a bowling ball start skipping on a smooth lane?

I dont know, I was a begginner at Reactors, and It was move of me messing around. It also took so long because I sucked at model etc at the time. The raisl where booleaned, and it was skipping because the reactor got all messed up, but meh, I guess it wasn't the best.
