GIR should have used displacement..
As for LTs, I like it. Simple, but great.

It's a filter.
Filter>Distort>Displacement.
Then you pick a .PSD and it displaces the imgae to the .PSD you chose, if that makes sense.

I just tried using the displace filter, and it didn't really give me the same effect that I already have =/

See that's what's wrong with noobies. (Not saying that in a bad way, just saying you're new to making sigs.) They think it has to have more things in it to make it better, for ex. more brushing, c4d's and what not. Simplicity is usually better and usually has a better outcome than something really busy.
