Aqua Backwash (Its really,really cool)

Okay, here's a few steps to make this mod GREAT.

1. Change all the weapons back to the way they were OR make balanced weapon mods with effects.
2. Give it the underwater sky from Delta Halo.
3. Give it the underwater fog from Delta Halo.
4. Add scenery like kelp and such.
5. Skin the trees.
6. Tone down the brightness.
