Rape? The Girls or The Mens Fualt?

OK i was having an advisory class at school and i dont know how this was brought up.. but some how it turned out to be was it the Females Fualt for being Raped For Being Dumb???? Or the Males fualt for Raping the female.

My View-

Male 90% his Fualt.. he is the one who did the rape.

Female 10% For being Dumb Wearing Skanky Clothing while walking in the ghettos at 2:00 AM.

This was brought i think becuase this recently happened near i lived.

Your Views? Opinions?

well... sorta both.
it is kind of moronic to walk around in the ghettos at 2:00 AM.. and it is nasty to rape someone... so if you ever get raped at 2:00 AM in the gehtoes then you could possibly deserve it for being dumb enough to go there in the first place.

anyways, it's mostly the guy's fault, because he is hanging out on the street at those times, and decides to actually do the raping. but what's more borderline is when a guy and a girl meet at a bar, probably get drunk, then go home and do the nasty. then, the girl wakes up next to some guy, and claims rape because she doesn't remember anything. what would that be, and why? is the law right in those circumstances?

Murder is the victim's fault.
Rape is the raped person's fault.
Theft is the store's fault.
Piracy is the company's fault.
And so on...

A girl is walking around dressed in provocative clothing may stir up some feelings. It is the man's fault in that situation, it's one thing to have sexual urges, it's another to act upon them. When that line is crossed, it becomes his fault. As for the above post's scenario, that would be the fault of both.

I dare a rapist to take that case to court, using the "she's dumb" defense, we'd see how well that would work. It's fucking stupid.

its not the chicks fault, its the dudes. if the rest of us can look at her and not rape her he should be able to as well.

Agreed. My ex is gorgeous but never dresses or acts like a slut and is fairly careful as to where she goes, with who and when, and she's a smart girl. But even so, some former friend of hers started blackmailing her into doing some not cool stuff. Not rape or anything, but still enough to make me want to plug the little shithead right in the nuts when I get my M1903... and in any case, rape is where it would've ended up if me and a few other friends hadn't insisted she told her parents what had been going on. Of course, he denied it, and said it was all a joke. Ha. Fucking. Ha.

Sometimes the case isn't so clear-cut, like when both parties are absolutely smashed, the chick wakes up the next morning in bed with a stranger and 10 missed calls from her boyfriend on the phone and decides to accuse him to get herself out of it, but in most cases, 100% man's fault.

Ya I agree with the woman over using the "RAPE" card. I was with a girl and she broke up with me. Unknown why but she did. Come to find out she was going out with another dude while we were going out. I really didn't mind there. Then she goes around school saying I tried to rape her just to make herself look good.
