It should make images smaller, although jpgs are already rather small.

Who made it? Slap a ho? He has no care for people he makes sigs for.... 2nd sig hes made oversized... I think his time to accept requests is up.

I think it's time for you to stop talking about him because he had better things to do than to make you some sigs.
Also all you have to do is find the sig, open it in photoshop, save as jpeg, and lower the quality to around 8-10. Size drops noticeably and also the image looks the same.
