Annoying Problem

For some reason skin mods, and mods that add new weps and vehicles only work on the maptacular map pack, and not on the original halo 2 maps. Any help would be appreciated.

What you're probably doing is TDATA modding, which is a big no-no here, as it can be used for Live! modding. First off, you need a modded dash with H2 copied to your hard drive. That should solve some of your problem. You may also need to disable the auto-update by renaming the $u folder to anything else.

I already have evox dash and I have halo 2 already on my hard drive, and I only use my 360 online because I don't want to get banned. I'll edit that folder name though.

I still can't apply mods to the original maps. I fix the encryption and it still will not work.

By original halo2 maps you mean from the disk or DLC maps?
