is their any way 2 spread the water from headlong over the land like the dirt like on the map of the killtrocity maps where it spreads over the land i want 2 use it 4 a mod

Open Headlong in Entity. Goto the [sbsp] tag, then goto the meta editor, find the float labeled "Water Level" and make it as high as you want. Then take the DDS image from here, and inject it over the Ocean_Plane.bitm.
