xbox 360 case mod

I opened up my 360 so I could give it a custom paint job
I didn't touch any of the electronics just the plastic casing so I could paint it.

The paint I used krylon black hammer metal paint which give it a realy nice and professional texture.

Very slick. I would have gone with a glossier black or different color, but it looks great. Good job.

it looks alot glossier but the pics didn't get that but it realy is glossier and it has a texture wich makes it look more profesional
and one i have the time im going to put little green neon tubes arround the inside of the ventholes and maby put a chrome X on the sides
and black vinal (with a hole for the power symbole) where the silver off/on button in

i thought about chrome but it was like $100
they paint i used is black hammered metal for plastic

Looks great. :D Makes me want to buy to go compulsively spend $600 on a 360 and stuff to go with it. :(

lol, Funny, I did this to my old PC case, but Instead of just doing the whole thing black, I pinstriped it. Now my case is full of Cup noodle fronts.


Very Nice Job, and what a sweet setup :P

also im going to put a cut out chrome X on both sides of the xbox and green neon in the side ventholes and the ventholes where the harddrive is

ya but the tricky part is the the xbox 360 thing on the side is engraved and the chrome is real bendy so i'l have to fill that up or just push in the chrome sheet
and that silver buton is gonna become black vinal with a hole cut out for the power symbol
