Im guessing Kai since XBC has little or no Modded games up in my experiance.

no it does not... kai blows and there s like half people then on xbc . XBC is much more crowded however you can run into some screaming noobs that'll say I PAWN YOU (with mods) and pretend being a bad boy

XBC is less advanced, which is why you see alot of noobs there, and why there are so many people.

There's benefits of each. XBC sends significantly less bytes with each packet (less lag). Xlink can be used with XBMC so you can navigate with your modded xbox.
