Can an1 make me a pelican which has 3 lagg 17 canons on the front that lock on to the enemy and its secondery wep is it drops about 12 frag grenades out of tghe bottom of it and when they hit the ground they explod
instantly and it has a lagg canon on the bak for pasengers to use and seats for 6 peeps plz thx Grunty

No, they could not. Except maybe one of the very good modders, but they are always busy. you could make it drop frag grenades and have one machine gun, but I dont know about the rest. It would involve model changing and animation stuff
