well, this one didnt do too well, so im gonna start over completely (still using the same render and brush set, though), and im gonna apply some of the tips that you've recommended

I'd rather see a blue render with a black background than a render that's THAT pixelated. Please fix that. Read up on some tutorials.

Lacks depth, needs some contrast, text could be improved, and the render isnt blended and is pixelated.

A border would be nice, too.
