Re-Allow Animated Sigs

I have an idea to re-allow animated sigs
1 - Max size of 300 x 120
2 - Max size of 60 Kb

As much as I enjoy making animated signatures myself, there will be even more reports and more people who will enjoy taking advantage of them

way to many people would take advantage. I'd only trust like 2 people with that responsibility. INSANEdrive and ScottyGEE. It would start a lot of flaming and reports. This is't a graphics site, this is a modding sit that jsut happens to have a kick tail graphics section. Go to DA or somewhere for your animated sigs.

I 'trust' a lot of users, but sigs are a different story. We only have a few here to make good animations. I dont trust myself with one :p

People have enough trouble with the size limits as it is...smaller ones = worse...especially for animations...that'd be like 2-3 frame animations. >_>

we just have to face it. The majority of the users here cant be trusted to follow the sig rules to that extreme. They'll try and get away with the smallest stuff.
