how do you change the picture format back to dds format??

how do you change the picture format back to dds format??

I downloaded this program from this website, and its said those without photoshop, so i downloaded it and learned how to make it a JPEG format, now how do i get it back to regular format

Open it and save it as a dds. I dont know the program, but Im guessing it will be able to save as a dds, if it can open them.
