xbox codec?

Where can i get the xbox codec so i can import sounds into halo pc?

no one is really sure where to get it.... i tried to record myself going BOOM! and puutting it as the rocket but i needed the codec....unless a new tool found it.

And when the sniper shoots it goes "BOOM!HEADSHOT!"...if you had the codec of course XD

well, if you got ALOT of time on your hands, you could figure it out the hard way. Make a recording of the sound and save it with no codec encoding, and ompare the file to the Halo version, and try to find a pattern to the differences.
