thats almost exactly what my dad sed about gang Violence. send them in the army with their own guns and have them kill them Iraqi dudes.

Alternately, just pack them straight off as cannon fodder. No training, just given a gun and thrown into a massive firefight. That way, you get rid of them AND kill some bad guys.
