Did you just install that RAM? I can tell it isnt Dual-Channel, (at least from my point of view) because if you got cheap, generic RAM sometimes this causes problems (believe me).

Good brand for RAM: Corsair

Did you put in any other new hardware? Did you upgrade Halo with the new strings.dll thing and stuff?

Sometimes RAM can be bad, try putting your old RAM in again and see if it happens(yeah its a pain but its worth it). If not, then your RAM is bad and you might want to get a refund and research into the problem(or get a better brand like Corsair, Kingston, GeIL, etc....).

Also, did you overclock that RAM or the Processor? If you put a new fan on, make SURE you put heatsink on the processor. Someone else had a similar problem with GTA Vice City and all they did to fix it was put heatsink on the processor. Your CPU may be overheating so you may need to do that. Your computer's BIOS is probably resetting your computer to save your CPU from overheating. Thats my best guess.

Well, it doesnt technically "fall out". If its crappy generic RAM, trash it and get a brand like  Corsair , Kingston , GeIL, the list goes on..

Is your mobo bus speed up to par with the RAM?
It's most likely a RAM --> mobo miscomunication.
