Crazy Projectile question

ok it may sound crazy and useless, but i want a projectile to shoot at a complete vertical angle when the reticul is facing horizontally,

for example: if somebody was standing right next to you on level ground and u were aiming at their head then when u shoot the bullet wouldn't go at their head, but instead up in the air, and if you were trying to shoot at the ground the projectile would shoot horizontally
