I made my vehicle and got into sapien and when i trie to build the catch file it says:
But doesn't the nodes have to be different from the collision?I mean you have to rename the markers in 3ds max for the collision or?
And what about the animation problem?
That means you did not make your collision properly, by nodes it means frames. So in the model where you have say a "frame hull" it needs to be in the same place in the collision. You dont need markers really for collision, unless you have special collision effects.(like a destructable vehicle)
It doesnt allways matter for it to be linked to everything. But it is allways best for you to make it neatly orginized etc. Example: #gunturret would be properly linked to frame turret
The spheres are usually the markers. They mark places like smoke on a weapon. They Usually have a # sighn infront of there names.
Oh and the frames usually have frame gun or frame tire on them.
For the collision, you dont really need markers. Just the nodes. If you need new nodes then just use the gbx model importer. Delete the old, add the new.
