Problem with Sapien

Post by jd2kuk2 »

I have a problem in creating maps for Halo CE. Whenever I open Sapien to edit a scenario, the open dialogue box appears, I select the correct scenario, and sapien opens, and a split second later closes itself. This is extremely inconvenient, as I have to use Guerrilla to edit the scenarios.

Just closes it self?
After it does that. Go into your windows task manager(ctrl+alt+delete)
Go to Processes, and look for Sapien. See if its still there.Mine used to do that, and appeared to be closed, but loaded about 10 min later. If it looks like its frozen. Leave it alone for a while, and come back. It should work then

Sorry for huge bump but my sapien does the same thing except it doesn't show up in the task manager after it dissapears. I open my scenario tag, sapien starts to load like 2 seconds later the window closes and the process sapien.exe in windows task manager is not there. The strange thing is if i open the tutorial scenario everything is fine. Is something wrong with the tag?
