Quick noobish question

ok i started the hek tut with g max and when i start the base it says to deleate a face, so i do then when u look inside the box the sides are invisable but not on the outside. does this matter and can u turn it off thx

Right click on the view window and select 'Properties' from the menu. Untick the box that says 'Backface Cull', then hit OK. You should now see all polygons. It's useful to switch this option on and off during the map making process, depending on what you're doing.
