In case you did not know, the 3ds max 6 one works with 7. In case you found 6.

It never was down, just some links were messed up, in the link it says the folder name twice, take one away and you get to the correct link.

the plugin doens work for me, says failed to initialize whatever.....

you have to put the other four files (.dll) into your system32 folder
...left for good

and one of the most frequently asked question..

"i placed the dll's in my C:\windows\system32 folder and the plugin in the std plugin folder and it's still not working"
in that case, you have to create a box. then press the link button at the top navigation bar and then click on the box and drag it over to the model

thanks, one more question,it works now anyway, but if norton quick fix scans my registry for errors, will it remove the files?

no registry can't delete files just make them unuseable but it won't happend because your plugin is not registerd
...left for good
