Problem With energsword skin!! HELP ME!

Well i tried injecting a skin for the plasmarifle model FP that was replaced with energy sword fp, but only the INSIDE looks like a sword, the outsisde still has the da_mn plasmarifle skin!!!!
And yesl i tried injecting it to all the plasmarifle skns on hmt , even the card and multipurpose, i then tried to swap the rifle fp with grunt diffuse, still dont work, I NEED HELP ON HOW!!

it just put the plasma rifle skin on there, so, throw it in photoshop and make it look like a ES, change the cube map too.
