PLEASE HELP!

Okay I've had so many problems doing this, no one has even tried to help, the only reason I've gotten this far is from lucky guesses... When I try to place a file, in this case dvd2x, in my F drive I needed to make a file called apps, well for some reasson when I do that it says requested action not taken, it also does this when I attempt to add normal files to the f drive... If someone knows how to fix/override this please post here and tell me!

And no, I am not able to help, since I know nothing about DVD's. All I do is watch them. Sorry.

Anyway, look on the type of the DVD/CD player, and go to their website. They are sure as hell going to help you in their forums.
