a halo dedicated server question

how can you join your own dedicated server
i cant man
i cant even join any forum
please help

set the ports in halo to 3000 and 3001 instead of 2302 and 2303. The default port number for the DS(Dedicated Server) is 2302, that's why you can't join it

Hmmm well i changed mine to 2303, 2308 and it works fine

i only heard that you should put them far apart, just in case. I don't know anything about ports and stuff, so i just followed what i read.
