Bitmap Tags

I'm trying to make bitmaps tags in tool, but everytime I try to it says this-

skipping bitmap with non-power-of-two dimensions

What does this mean? I've tried makeing the map over again 3 million times, and even drew a completely new map in paintshop..

PLEASE if u know what this means please tell me!

yea it kinda has to be like 512x512 or suthmin (i think thats the most common one)
