k, i got photoshop 7 now... put the dds.b8i or somethin like that in 2 diff file formats folders... restarted the comp, still wont open them
any ideas?

k nvm tackled that issue... but now when i try to inject the texture it says its a different size and i dunno if i should say yes or no (im using halo map tools)
y is it a different size? how is it not the same size?

also it says "must be DXT4 or DXT5" but then updates the file size.... what the hell is goin on here

Ok, when you saw your textures in the game, were they black from far awaay and fine up close? I keep having that problem.

razor.. how did u fix that issue.. for sum reason im still gettin it and cant remember how to fix it when i had old (not curupt) hdd, but i had to format it..

thats because you have minimaps on when you save chek the first one you'd be set

i had the wrong .8bi file, the real size should be 452 kb and make sure its in the plug-ins folder of adobe

I had the same problem I added the plug in says i was missing the dll file.
Do a search on your comp for the dll file. when i did it brought up 3 locations I just copied and pasted one of the dll files to the adobe photoshop folder where all the other dll files were at.

the dll files that re needed are downloadable from the nVidia website. just search for msvcrt71.dll in developer tools.
