Halo CE cache file Bitmaps.........

Does anyone know how to extract the bitmaps off CE, similar to what HMT 3.5 does. And if you know, can you tell me how or link me to such tool.

No, you don't extract. If that was possible, then we would have a whole lot of crappy CE stolen stuff. It's already gone far enough with FP animations and models.
