H2 Editor....

I just downloaded H2 Editor and when I tried to run it, it said that MSCOREE.DLL was not found so I downloaded the DLL and put it in the H2 Editor folder and when I tried it again it said "Please set registry key HLKM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\InstallRoot to point the .NET Framework install location" . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just found out it also happens with HMT. Someone please help I'll be getting my modchip any day and I want these to work.
