Radeon 9600 XT Problem

Okay guys, ive got a radeon 9600, and for some reason whenever im using the sniper, and im in zoom, if i turn on the night vision, the center bit goes all black while the outside area thats all blurry goes night vision........ whats my problem and how do i fix it?

set your graphics differently and see if the problem follows. Like I have a radeon 9200 and sometime I will have a nasty big error on the 3d model of the chain gun. sometime in diff res, or diff map or diff game it dosent do so. like in halo it does but in halo ce it dosent
