Heres a specail one by me
:
OKAY!
1. First thing after you make your Background (if you didn't make any free ones are here: http://gsof.gigawebshare.com/forums/vie ... php?t=1114
2. Now after that, color the background as you normally do (color balance most suggested)
3. Now heres the part I wasted all my time on, make a new layerlayer blending "overlay"
4. Now here's the deal, after you set the layer style to "overlay" just put in either clouds with a ANY color you want (you can still colorize later) (If you colorize later, I suggest to use hue/saturation)
Now you done! It'll come out like this:

Now if you don't like that, use a color gradient on a layer of "overlay" blending.
Any color you want and can't still colorize later.
And you'll come out with:

You can do the gradient style multiple times with different colors, unlike the clouds, and you'll get my current signatures (On. the. track) and "mixed worlds" use that style, I barely use the clouds style, and gradient is used more.
