Some noob questions?

I have heard of 2 halo CE's custom edition and combat evolved. I was wondering what halo custom edition is??? Also I have been doing a few mods and was wondering if anyine knew how to add zoom to the AR i have heard you ca do it? Thanks

for the zooming
you can use halo cache editior (hce) go to the weapons page and press x on the ar

or you can use hmt 3.5 and go to [weap] (weapons) click assult rifle and adjusting zoom is somewhere on there
