CAN U HELP???

I've made like a pre-alpha version of a city map just so see what it looked like inside but i cant get tool.exe to work. I've searched all the forums and i still can't get it to work.

Can someone help, or can i send someone the file and let someone else do it for us? Then they can join our modding team (we need some good skinners) and can beta test the map as it progresses.

Everytime it says the syntax is wrong and freezes. Can u do it if I send u the file?

Yeah could you do that, just do everything that tool does after the level has been exported from 3ds max.
