sound tags

ok i wanna get a sound (mp3, wav or ogg, i got a converter...) into a .sound tag, but i dont understand how does it works in tool... heres wat tool's riting: sounds directory-name platform<xbox,wav,ogg> ogg_only_value_flag<quality or bitrate> and thats wat im riting tool sounds levels\swamp\sounds platform ogg but after that it says couldnt read file aa (my file is aa.ogg) but wats wrong? is my .ogg file invalid??? plz help

to be compiled, the file has to be in a 16bit .wav file
