Melee pause time

well i was playing around with the gravity rifle and i tried to melee
no damage but i could continuslly melee

so try copying the gravity rifle melee [jpt!] and usuing that

[Evil Cortana]

Sadly, doing damahe keeps it from the super melee, I've already fixed the gravity rifle and energy sword's melee
