Tool problems

Ok, one tool errors ive been getting is...

when trying to compile a weapon's model "EXCEPTION halt in index>=0 && index<array->count"

if anyone knows how to fix this, plese reply to help me and others who have these problems. Also, post any other tool.exe errors here.
