with win98??

Can i do any modding to haloCE without XP? I have win98 and i can't install HEK, HHT, etc due to missing dll's or something.

is there any way at all to get these missing files without having to upgrade the OS??

I can play modded maps no problem, but i want to play with the skins found here...

The only thing you should do is upgrade your OS to XP...it is a lot more stable...

XP is much better though
