Error for AotCR and The Library

When I try to join a server running one of the two mods an exception error comes up. I installed the mods exactly like it said. Does anyone know why it's doing that.

For library: No one is running the map.

For AotCR: Wrong version most likely.

once hmt v3.5 came out with the tutorial there will be thousands of different aotcr maps that everyone made to say that they are a modder. there are most likely about 2 to 3 different versions out there per modder. almost all of them the modder made themself so no one else will even have a copy. i say that making your own aotcr mod or downloading one of the hundreds of versions of it doesn't garuntee that you can join any server that says aotcr on it. i say you should just abandon it or keep it archived.
