What/ Where the Hek is HEK?

HEK is all over the forums, but i havent been online for a while and dpnt know where to find the downloads for it. I also have no idea what HEK is used for and does

ive modded a lot, but all with spark edit and HMT 3.0 Im sorry I wasnt online when HEK came out, and i missed all the first posts on it,

i tried using search, i clicked on every hit that came up, they were just about all questions people had about it and spam, no actual info about HEK so give me a break i tried

And i did finally get HEK, no thanks to u guys
