That's not very logical reasoning.. If you don't feel that text should be part of a piece, don't include it at all. If you are to include, then at least blend so that it looks right, but doesn't distract from the overall design. Also, you did label the topic "my sigs"; and by definition, a signature is something used to identify someone or something, so adding text can help the pieces.

true but i feel the emphasis on text these days is to great, if its good its good if its not oh well. look at major paintings the text on most is just a signature as in some graphics. but i dont wanna get in to an argument cause i know your above me graphics wise and i dont like making enemies. btw werent you on GR for awhile??
Relax, I'm not here to fight. I think I may have had an account there a few years back, but I never really used it, so you probably have me mixed with someone else.

yeah me either, so im glad were on the same page. oh well haha.
When Text is added, it is part of the piece. If you want to make it a part of your piece, make it look good. Signatures on pieces of Non Digital Art on the lower corners or even on the back, with gallery details. and if they are on the work, they're very discrete. But once you add text to a sig, it's part of it.It's like wearing a very classy suit and using an ugly father's Day Tie.
