Trying to Figure out String List editing for halo ce

I only have 1 questions really.

My question is about the string list editor if there was a way to replicate the actions that it does.

I use the follow

Visual Studio 2005pro (C# or VB)
Visual Studio 2008pro (C# or VB)

Can someone explain or give short hand code what it would be.

Well the problem with that i cant get it to reading multiple lines.

Ive used that way alot and every time its worked so idk what you mean

I got it reading and writing now.
