Scenario problem

Hi!
I just finished my fight with plugins, tool.exe etc. but when i finished compilation i don't have "mapbeta.scenario". I have only "mapbeta.scenario_structure_bsp". what is wrong ? I know it is noob question but there isn't any solution in tutorial
