Two weapons for a vehicle

Is it possible to create a tag that has two weapons- both are operated independently of each other?

I have the Halo 3 tank in mind...

I think you have to add markers, animate and alot of other stuff. I
m pretty sure it's possible though.

There is a hog on Extinction(Or hugeass), that has rocket's and ordinary Hog round's.

I'm thinking in the context of the Pelican having it's own weapons that the pilot uses and the back gunner having a turret. That's another example. I believe I've seen a Pelican like this before, in Halo CE.
