Sound injection?

Ive been searching to find out how to inject sounds into my map. Ive found a few tutorials but none of them worked. I had music injected into my main menu but it only lasted like 3 seconds then it went silent. My weapon sounds dont even inject right even though i have the right codec and followed a tutorial. When i goto inject a new track it says "Invalid Header: You must choose a valid ADPMC encoded wav file" I have no idea whats wrong

i guess it must be a wav file format and i think must be done in CE.
